Meet your retreat leaders

Kelsey Mathes
Is a meditation expert and conscious-lifestyle consultant, specializing in Vedic Meditation and Ayurveda. She has helped hundreds of clients create happier, healthier lives through these ancient practices.

Kelsey began her journey to healing through experiencing panic attacks and chronic migraines. This journey led her to holistic health as a practice of seeking balance. She believes that true empowerment comes from learning what it means to truly feel your best, and be able to replicate it.

Kelsey is so excited to bring a weekend of meditation, food & lifestyle techniques in a retreat-style setting that will allow clients to truly immerse themselves in relaxation and grounding.

Moriah Rose
Hailing from the Canadian maritime province of Nova Scotia, Moriah embodies a warm and exciting mixture of big city energy and small town charm. Holding a degree in psychology, a diploma in massage therapy and a certificate in yoga, her formal education is a perfect representation of her life’s passions.

She loves to play yoga, practice discipline, work out, take courses, read, hike and paddle board. Her biggest asset as a teacher/healer is her own experience with injury. Having spent the last year recovering from a herniated disc, a terrifying and humbling experience, she has emerged transformed.

Having grown especially sensitive and intuitive as a therapist, relaxed and patient as a teacher, and overwhelmed with gratitude as a human; it has turned out to be an exceedingly beneficial lesson in life from the school of hard knocks. She has a combined 15 years experience in her fields and is very very excited to join forces with Kelsey in sharing knowledge, magic and adventure with you!
